Dieta GIFT Weekly Menu 
Below you can find advice from the official nutritionist of the HFF, Luca Speciani, who has created a weekly diet based on his DIETA GIFT, a diet analysis allowing people to lose weight by not only counting calories but by directly connecting what people eat to their performance in life.
Weekly Diet:

Day 1
Breakfast: 2 slices of bread (preferably homemade) with ricotta cheese, tea/coffee, fresh fruit.
Snack: banana (or other fruit).
Lunch: chicken salad with rice, fruit salad.
Snack: fruit juice (or fruit of your choice).
Dinner: yoghurt with berries and pine nuts.

Day 2
Breakfast: pancakes with sugar free jelly, ham or prosciutto, natural fruit juice (not sweet).
Snack: two pears (or other fruit).
Lunch: eggplant with cheese, mixed fruit.
Snack: apple (or other fruit).
Dinner: rabbit with olives, spinach and wheat bread.

Day 3 (Vegetarian)
Breakfast: coffee or tea with 4-5 biscuits, cup of yogurt with bananas, apples and walnuts.
Snack: bunch of grapes.
Lunch: omelet with spinach, slice of bread, mixed fruit .
Snack: fruit salad.
Dinner: salad with tuna and eggs, sandwich, centrifuged pear and carrot.

Day 4
Breakfast: coffee/tea, strudel, boiled egg, pineapple juice.
Snack: apple and pear.
Lunch: octopus salad with potatoes, mixed fruit.
Snack: banana and kiwi.
Dinner: seafood salad, sandwich, fresh fruit salad.

Day 5
Breakfast: bread with homemade jam without sugar, prosciutto, orange juice.
Snack: banana.
Lunch: wholemeal crêpe with ricotta and spinach, mixed fruit.
Snack: mandarin and orange.
Dinner: salad with cucumbers and feta cheese, a sandwich full, fresh pineapple.

Day 6
Breakfast: strudel, roast beef and apple.
Snack: pear (or other fruit).
Lunch: crêpe with ricotta and spinach, mixed fruit .
Snack: melon (or other fruit).
Dinner: pork loin, mashed potatoes and spinach, fruit.

Day 7
Breakfast: cup of yogurt with muesli, apple and pine nuts, slice of parmesan.
Snack: banana (or other fruit).
Lunch: wholemeal crepes with ham and soft cheese, cooked or raw vegetables, mixed fruit.
Snack: apple (or other fruit).
Dinner: Salad with bacon and eggs, sandwich, mixed fruit.
